1. The service
LingaCast translates, dubs and captions live and recorded events. You bring the audio or video; we return dubbed audio, captions and captioned or dubbed video, and deliver them to your viewers.
2. Your account
Keep your login to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Minutes and payment
The platform runs on prepaid minutes. Minutes are consumed as your events are processed and delivered, and the balance is shown in your account. Prepaid minutes are non-refundable once used, and unused minutes stay on your account.
4. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights in everything you upload or stream, and in the translations we produce from it. You grant us only the permission needed to process and deliver it for you. We don't use your content to train models.
5. What you must not do
Don't put content through LingaCast that you have no right to use, that is unlawful, or that you've been told to take down. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.
6. Machine translation has limits
Automatic translation, dubbing and captioning are very good and not perfect. For legal, medical, regulatory or safety-critical use, have a qualified human check the output. We provide accuracy reporting for every event so you can see how a run performed, but we don't warrant a particular accuracy level.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep live events running and we monitor delivery quality continuously, but we don't promise uninterrupted service unless you have a written service level agreement with us.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Ending it
You can stop using LingaCast and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we'll tell you why.
10. Changes
If we change these terms materially we'll email account holders before the change takes effect.
11. Law
